Rental Terms & Conditions:
|
Rental fees are due in advance
|
|
Rental equipment will not be
operated for more than 8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week, or 160
hrs per month. Additional hrs will be prorated.
|
|
Lessee must insure equipment
while in his possession against theft, vandalism, and physical
damage. We assume no liability whatsoever.
|
|
Lessee will furnish a qualified
operator and will perform recommended daily maintenance.
|
|
Lessee will be assessed for
additional charge for fuel, cleaning, and damage.
|
|
Rental charges will continue on
units until Buck Bros. Inc. office has been notified that it has
been returned to our lot or unit is ready for pickup.
